Refund policy
We understand purchasing clothing online can feel uncertain. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
For sizing concerns, unworn items may be eligible for exchange or return approval.
Customers are responsible for checking the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order. Return requests for sizing issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined where the ordered size matches the measurements provided.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, custom-made or made-to-order items, lingerie, earrings, sale items, or worn items.
